Job Overview

Aubree Chocolaterie is seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time junior position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves recruiting top talent to drive our mission of creating unforgettable dessert and chocolate experiences for our customers.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment processes including sourcing and interviewing candidates (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong talent pipelining skills to build a network of potential candidates (Mandatory skill)
  • Effective interviewing skills to assess candidates properly (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards and social media
  • Ability to screen candidates effectively to ensure they meet the job requirements
  • Skilled in negotiation to handle job offers and compensation discussions
  • Experience in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly
  • Knowledge of HR compliance to adhere to policies and regulations


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate sourcing to interviewing
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications
  • Screen potential candidates for job fit, both culturally and technically
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
