Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position aimed at freshers with work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. As a Store Manager at Aubree, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and continuing our tradition of providing delightful dessert and chocolate experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any bachelor's degree or diploma
• Inventory Management (Mandatory skill)
• Forecast sales (Mandatory skill)
• PNL management (Mandatory skill)
• Flexibility to shifts, as our store operates daily and requires manager presence during peak hours
• Experience in the Food & Beverages industry to understand the dynamics of store operations and customer expectations is much preferred.
• Readily available and reliable to handle various operational challenges that may arise
• People Management skills to efficiently lead and motivate the store team
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
• Candidates residing at Bangalore are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently
• Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained and appropriately ordered
• Forecast sales and manage the store's profit and loss statements
• Train, supervise, and support store staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees
• Implement and maintain store policies, procedures, and standards
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with corporate management to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies
