Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate R&D Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of work experience and will be eager to learn about the formulation and reformulation of products, sensory evaluation, and ensuring safety in our innovative kitchen environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduates or pursuing graduation from Food Technology and Hotel Management are preferred.
  • Good communication skills to effectively discuss new ideas and feedback within the team
  • Formulation and reformulation of products to enhance quality, regulatory, nutritional, and innovation (Mandatory skill)
  • Sensory evaluation and product testing to ensure the highest standard of quality and consistency (Mandatory skill)
  • Ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations in all product creations (Mandatory skill)
  • Assist in the development of new food products to expand our menu and delight customers
  • Conducting thorough research on new ingredients, packaging, and processing techniques to improve existing product lines.
  • Collaboration with the marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to achieve creative and high-quality product outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and excellence in all products
  • Candidates currently residing in Bangalore are preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and reformulation of pastry and dessert products to meet specific project goals
  • Conduct sensory evaluation and testing to ensure products meet desired taste and texture profiles
  • Ensure all created products adhere to safety and health regulations
  • Participate in the development of new food products by researching and trialing innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with the pastry and culinary team to deliver high-quality and aesthetically pleasing products
  • Document and report findings from product testing and research activities
  • Support day-to-day operations in the kitchen, assisting with production as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company hygiene standards
