We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field. The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring all products meet the company’s high standards for quality and safety.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in food testing methods (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of food standards and regulations (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with quality assurance practices (Mandatory skill)
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Attention to detail to identify any potential issues in product quality
• Familiarity with Food Safety Management Systems to ensure compliance with standards
• Risk Assessment skills to anticipate and mitigate potential quality issues
• Flexibility to work in different shifts as required by the production schedule

Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out regular testing of raw materials and finished products to assess their quality
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
• Monitor production processes to identify and prevent quality defects
• Document and report quality issues to the relevant departments
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance practices
• Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions where necessary
• Maintain quality control records and compile audit results for review
