Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field. The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring all products meet the company’s high standards for quality and safety.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in food testing methods (Mandatory skill)
- In-depth knowledge of food standards and regulations (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with quality assurance practices (Mandatory skill)
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Attention to detail to identify any potential issues in product quality
- Familiarity with Food Safety Management Systems to ensure compliance with standards
- Risk Assessment skills to anticipate and mitigate potential quality issues
- Flexibility to work in different shifts as required by the production schedule
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular testing of raw materials and finished products to assess their quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor production processes to identify and prevent quality defects
- Document and report quality issues to the relevant departments
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance practices
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions where necessary
- Maintain quality control records and compile audit results for review

We started off as a small cake and bake shop in Sadashivanagar, Bengaluru specializing in fully egg-less cakes and desserts. Since then we have grown in size and popularity across the city, continually delivering innovative dessert and chocolate experiences.
Conceptually, Aubree is patisserie inspired, western styled and focused on creative craftsmanship. Our emphasis is on creating authentic recipes that showcase the passion and rigor with which they are produced. We want to be authentic, about craft and approachable to our customers. To put it simply, our goal is to provide a place and the products to celebrate the simple joys of life.
Aubree was judged "The Patisserie of the Year" consecutively for two years in 2018 and 2019 at the World on a Plate gourmet food festival for its original creation Orabella Iced Parfait made from Belgian milk chocolate parfait cream.
