Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Production Manager for our Bengaluru location. This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in production management, particularly in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will oversee production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in line with Aubree Chocolaterie's standards. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional dessert and chocolate experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any graduates with relevant experience in F&B industry is preferred.
- Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage resources to optimize production output and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve production goals while fostering a positive work environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Ability to manage the supply chain effectively to ensure timely availability of materials and ingredients.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify production issues and implement viable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with various departments and ensure smooth production processes.
- Production Planning (Mandatory skill): Expertise in planning production activities to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
- Quality Control (Mandatory skill): Skilled in maintaining high-quality standards across all production processes to ensure excellent product output.
- Budgeting (Mandatory skill): Competency in managing production budgets while optimizing costs to enhance profitability.
- Candidates residing at Bengaluru region is only required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Implement production schedules and plans in collaboration with other departments to meet customer demands.
