We are seeking a dedicated IT System Administrator to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 1 to 6 years of experience. The role is crucial for ensuring smooth IT operations, supporting various technologies, and maintaining secure and efficient systems. Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelors degree in relevant field such as computer science, computer applications or Information Technology.
• Proficient in network administration, with a keen understanding of managing and optimizing network performance (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in server management, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of all server resources (Mandatory skill).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to implement and manage security protocols to protect organization data against unauthorised access and threats.
• Experience with backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Competency in virtualization technologies for efficient resource management and scalability.
• Familiarity with scripting to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiencies.
• Knowledge of hardware maintenance to ensure the continuous functionality of all IT equipment.
• Candidates residing at Bengaluru are only required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer IT operations related to server management, network infrastructure, and security systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of availability and security.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement effective system policies and best practice guides.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and documentation.
• Perform regular system audits and upgrades to enhance performance and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure optimal support and cost-effective procurement of IT supplies.
• Train and support IT staff on various technical processes and procedures.
• Oversee data backup and disaster recovery operations to safeguard organizational data.
• Conduct outlet visits as required to support IT infrastructure and operations.
