Job Overview
Aubree Chocolaterie is seeking a Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Human Resources, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and ensuring HR compliance. As a key member of the HR team, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives in line with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience of 1-5 years in human resources, particularly in employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and the ability to implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Excellent skills in conflict resolution to address and manage employee grievances promptly and professionally.
- Proficient in handling payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation packages.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company practices are in alignment with legal standards.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate clear and transparent interactions between employees and management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates residing in Bangalore are preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and maintain employee relations by providing support and resolution of employee issues and inquiries.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure employee goals align with organizational objectives.
- Implement HR compliance measures and monitor adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll processes, including calculation, verification, and timely disbursement of employee salaries.
- Advise management on legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and awareness of HR policies.
