Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relationship Executive for our Bengaluru headquarters. This full-time junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring an excellent guest experience, involving effective communication and customer service. Your efforts will contribute to sustaining Aubree's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Qualification required: +2/ diploma with proficiency in English, and Kannada.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate clearly and professionally with guests (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional customer service skills to address guest needs promptly and effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to work well in a team environment, promoting a cohesive and supportive team culture (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in managing guest service operations, ensuring satisfaction, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all guest interactions are handled with care.
- Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, guest inquiries, and feedback systematically.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail ensures positive guest experiences.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, contributing to an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Candidates residing at the Bengaluru region is preferred.
