Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Guest Relationship Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time or part-time position suited for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Qualification: +2/diploma with communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong guest service management skills to ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized service.
- Ability to work seamlessly with team members.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with care, patience, and empathy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Solid customer service skills to provide an exceptional dining and purchasing experience.
- Ability to perform table service tasks efficiently.
- Candidates residing in the Bengaluru region are preferred.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive and friendly initial interaction.
- Assist guests with their inquiries, orders, and any special requests efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy of service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
- Report any maintenance or service issues to the appropriate department promptly.

Our emphasis is on creating authentic recipes that showcase the passion and rigor with which they are produced. We want to be authentic, about craft and approachable to our customers. Aubree was judged "The Patisserie of the Year" consecutively for two years in 2018 and 2019 at the World on a Plate gourmet food festival for its original creation Orabella Iced Parfait made from Belgian milk chocolate parfait cream.
