Job Overview

Aubree Chocolaterie is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide insights through data analysis, contributing to our mission of delivering innovative customer experiences in the culinary world. Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, information systems, or data science, 
• Proficiency in data analysis with a strong understanding of data collection and processing techniques to provide meaningful insights and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Experience in using Power BI to efficiently create interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate data representation and enhancing decision-making processes. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel for data manipulation and analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations, enabling effective communication of insights and business strategies. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate data-driven insights through visually appealing charts and graphs.
• Adept in statistical analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable intelligence that aligns with business objectives.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas to perform detailed data analysis and reporting effectively.
• Experience in data cleaning methods to ensure data integrity and accuracy, enabling reliable analysis and dependable outcomes.
• Demonstrate critical thinking abilities to assess data-related challenges, identify patterns, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize processes.
• Candidates residing at Bengaluru region is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business decision-making and enhance service delivery.
• Utilize Power BI and MS Office for database queries and data manipulation to provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders. Skills in SQL and Python would be an added advantage.
• Create and maintain data dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports that effectively communicate findings to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to understand data needs and respond to specific data requests and projects.
• Identify trends and patterns within data sets through statistical analysis to advise on potential opportunities for growth and development.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through routine audits and maintenance of data quality standards.
• Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance customer experiences and optimize operational processes.
• Present analytical findings and offer recommendations to enhance business performance and achieve company goals.
