Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Management Manager to join us at Aubree Chocolaterie. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing strategic plans, and leading a team to enhance customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, senior-level position located in Bangalore Urban. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduates from any background will be considered.
- Expertise in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill)
- Strong strategic planning capabilities (Mandatory skill)
- Proven team leadership abilities (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer data and drive improvements in customer experience
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee initiatives within deadlines
- Effective problem-solving skills to address customer issues and improve service quality
- Experience in sales management to strategize and implement sales plans that align with business goals
- Candidates residing in Bangalore are preferred.
