Job Title: Corporate Sales – Sr. Executive
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities:
▪ Develop and execute sales strategies to target corporate clients across various
▪ Prospect and acquire new corporate accounts through a combination of cold calling, networking, and referrals.
▪ Build and nurture strong relationships with existing corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their business outcomes.
▪ Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.
▪ Present product demonstrations and proposals to corporate clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
▪ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and ensure profitability.
▪ Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to corporate clients.
▪ Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
▪ Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
▪ Uphold the company's brand image and reputation in all interactions with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
▪ 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of success in acquiring and retaining clients.
▪ Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and close deals.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
▪ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
▪ Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
