Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our senior management team at Aubree Chocolaterie. This full-time position is based in Bengaluru and requires a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 7 years of experience in sales, specifically within the Food & Beverages industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, market analysis, and business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors or Master's in Business, marketing, sales, or related field(Preferably)
- Extensive experience in sales strategy, market analysis, and business development (Mandatory skill).
- Minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 7 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the Food & Beverages industry.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management with a proven track record of managing and expanding client base.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
- Strong team leadership skills with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.
- Strategic planning skills aimed at aligning sales initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Lead the sales team to execute business development plans, including identifying and approaching potential clients.
- Oversee client relationship management, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Provide strategic direction and support to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
- Regularly review and assess sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and company objectives.
