Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Account Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of our high-quality products to our esteemed customers.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters in Commerce or Finance and Accounting are preferred.
  • Sales strategy development and implementation (Mandatory skill)
  • Problem-solving skills to tackle client inquiries and operational challenges (Mandatory skill)
  • Analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends (Mandatory skill)
  • Client relationship management experience to nurture and grow customer base
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements and contracts
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in time management to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Candidates residing in the Bengaluru region are considered.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts to ensure continuous business growth
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality of products
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly by providing effective solutions
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance for management review
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market
