Job Title: Tele caller (Inbound/Outbound) & Client Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Female Tele caller who is proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls, and is responsible for coordinating with clients to ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from clients promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous manner.
• Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, provide information, and maintain positive relationships.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including call logs, inquiries, and resolutions, using designated CRM software or tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele caller or Customer Service Representative in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
