Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT English to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in English Literature, Grammar, and Writing (Mandatory skill), and have strong skills in Literary Analysis, Communication, Curriculum Development, and English.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of at least 4 years in teaching English at the PGT level.
• Extensive knowledge of English Literature, Grammar, and Writing (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in literary analysis, enabling the ability to engage students with various texts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in developing and implementing curriculum to meet diverse educational needs.
• Ability to utilize innovative educational technology and techniques to enhance learning.
• Proficiency in assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback.
• A passion for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in English Literature and Grammar to students at the PGT level.
• Design and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that meet educational standards and goals.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and other assessment tools.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve academic success.
