Responsibilities
· Generate ongoing projects and design business through key accounts building.
· Build strong customer relations through key account management. Create formats for tie-ups, engage, map their business scope through research. Map client departments, decision makers, type of work, geography and spread, influencers, touch points, etc.
· Similarly, research and map new key accounts to acquire and generate business in the Hospitality/Airlines/Museums/Government sectors and key Architects/Interior Design firms.
· Create detailed yearly action plans with reporting team members- viz. goals, monthly targets, marketing directions.
Qualifications
· MBA/BBA and/or Degree/Business degree/diploma from a reputed institute
· Entrepreneurship experience with successful business development for B2B accounts would be a plus.
· Min 9 years of experience (with at least 6 years in sales, B2B business development)
· Has worked in related creative spaces or is a designer by academic background
· Excellent articulation and written English skills
· Energetic, willing to travel, willing to be commit toa minimum three-year period.
- · Remuneration:Upto16 lakhs (Fixed plus variables)
