Day to day HR activities

Screening Candidates

To set up & carry out Interviews

Shortlisting &Recruiting

Preparing relevant documents offer letter and Id creation along with appointment letter etc.

Employee onboarding & off boarding, profile management, KYC

Employee life cycle and database management

Initiating and organizing engagement program for employee’s

Formulate & implement SOP’s/HR policy.

Ensuring policy awareness among employees

Payroll reports and Statutory statements and Tax forecasting

ESIC and PF, Insurance and Mediclaim sign up and management

Annual Employee performance review process
