Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level E-commerce Marketing Manager for our client to join their dynamic team in Bogor. This full-time role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience. The E-commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving our online marketing efforts by leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
- Proficiency in statistical analysis to decipher complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Ability to create data visualizations to simplify data interpretation and decision-making processes
- Proficient in SQL for querying databases and extracting meaningful data for analysis
- Strong strategic thinking to plan and execute marketing strategies effectively
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage and inspire a marketing team
- Expertise in team building to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Competence in data processing to manage and analyze large data sets efficiently
- Strong management skills- Leadership and team-building abilities

- Bachelor’s degree in any field- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital and e-commerce marketing
- Experience in managing creative teams, merchandisers, and branding teams

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and IT, to enhance the online customer experience
- Manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce marketing trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and performance to senior management
- Lead efforts to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI from marketing investments
- Work From Office (WFO), Monday to Saturday, Salary - monthly
