Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager to join one of Atma client's . This role is a mid-level position based in various locations, including Denpasar, Makassar, Medan, Kota Palu, Yogyakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. As a Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team, and driving business development initiatives. This is a full-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong team management skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams
  • Expertise in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Ability to forecast sales performance and set achievable targets
  • Experience in business development and expanding market presence
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of banking experience, including supervisory or managerial roles. (including supervisory or managerial roles)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development goals


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of banking products, services, and regulations
  • Financial acumen and ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
