Requirements

• Excellent in problem-solving
• Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented
• Good attention to detail
• Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
• Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
• Ability to manage change and work under pressure
• Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates.
• Advanced skills in additional GDS, Sabre, and/or Galileo
• Excellent knowledge of Domestic & International holiday packages.
• Customized itinerary & costing according to customer needs & requirements.
• Operations and sales of inbound/outbound Holidays.
• Managing forex products and services.
• Buying and Selling Foreign exchange currencies.
• Maintaining supplier relationships.
• Looking after B2B & B2C sales.
• Coordination with Vendors & Suppliers for competitive prices.
• Addressing client queries by carrying out dedicated and relevant research on each of the travel destinations.
