• 1-3 years of experience in travel consultancy
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS and airline ticketing systems
• Knowledge of PNR and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements
• Provide expert advice on Umrah, Hajj, Ziyarat, and Holiday packages
• Handle reservations, ticketing, and visa processing
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
• Handle B2C clients and plan the best route for the customers.
