Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Holidays Sales Expert to join our team at Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. As a Holidays Sales Expert, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our holiday packages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales revenue. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge of Domestic & International holiday packages.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Operations and sales of inbound/outbound Holidays.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
