Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Vadodara. This mid-level, full-time position plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, particularly in the import-export domain, and a deep understanding of power transformers.

Experience :

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in supply chain management (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive knowledge of import-export procedures and regulations (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth understanding of power transformers and their supply chain (Mandatory skill)
• Effective logistics management skills to ensure timely distribution and delivery of products
• Strong team management capabilities to guide and lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Ability to analyze supply chain data and implement process improvements
• Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee the import and export processes ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and generate reports for management
• Ensure the availability of critical materials and components to maintain production schedules
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the supply chain process promptly
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain department
