Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Manager Electrical Design to join our team based in Vadodara. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing electrical design projects, ensuring designs meet industry standards and client specifications.

Experience : 8 to 10 years in Transformer industry

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in power transformers (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in electrical design (Mandatory skill)
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical design and project management
• Solid understanding of electrical codes and standards
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design team in developing and delivering high-quality transformer designs
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications
• Utilize AutoCAD for creating and modifying electrical design schematics and layouts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, production teams, and clients, to ensure project success
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical design technologies and industry trends
• Resolve any design-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
