QUALIFICATION:

· Bachelor’s degree in administration or any relevant field.

· MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of experience insales/hospital administration.

SKILLS:

· Health care industry knowledge.

· B2B sales knowledge

· Negotiation and verbal communication skills.

· Skills in numerical and statistical analysis

ROLES:

· Business development

· Customer relationship management

· Sales Supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Establish the sales plan and strategy for long term care and home care.

· Identifying referral centers across all cities to increase the referral business

· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

· Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

· Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives

· Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

· Partnering with institutions, referrals centers and Insurance companies for business generations and developments

· Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans

· Review period reports on sales, design and implement plans to promote the same.

· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
