Responsibilities


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations, extend job offers, and manage candidate expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
