Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for configuring and customizing the platform, as well as providing support and training to end users.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations

Customize ServiceNow to meet business requirements

Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications

Develop and maintain technical documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

Provide training and support to end users

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration

ServiceNow certification preferred

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
