Position : IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Good hands on experience in IT Recruitment

Handling End to end recruitment process 

Screening and shortlisting profiles

Posting of Jobs through Portals, LinkedIn, Naukri and other portals. 

Screening of CVs, scheduling interviews, follow up with the client and the candidates

Scheduling the interviews for the short listed candidates. 

Initial round of screening/ interest level/fitment 

Negotiating with candidates  

Scheduling interviews once resume is shortlisted by technical panel.
