·        Strong technical knowledge of IT roles and technologies

·        Confidence and persistence in sourcing and attracting potential candidates

·        Reliability and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·        Effective multitasking and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for a variety of IT positions

·        Review resumes and conduct initial interviews

·        Assess candidate skills, qualifications, and experience

·        Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling

·        Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

·        Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
