- Be a point of contact for all client accounts and management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Build strong project strategies & weekly objectives.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external team members.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with internal team and ensure timely execution.
