Job Overview

ATES Consulting Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Sr. Solution Architect, you will work directly with other architects, product owners, stakeholders, and agile software delivery teams to create cutting-edge value-focused solutions. To be successful in this role, you must be able to understand and explain the business value of highly technical solutions. You will be expected to coach and mentor to scale your discipline throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred
• Extensive experience with developing and delivering enterprise software.
• Experience in software architecture and engineering.
• Experience influencing agile software delivery teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .Net, and SQL Server.
• Experience developing and implementing cloud-based software architectures; direct experience with Azure, AWS, and Google cloud required.
• Experience in OOPS, SOA and SOLID
• Experience with user-driven design principles.
• Experience driving agile software execution and managing technology products.
• Experience with Microservices and Event Driven Architecture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a set of architecture principles and ensure adoption across technology teams.
• Develop and maintain technology architecture roadmap and drive execution of the roadmap.
• Provide architectural and technical guidance to software delivery teams.
• Deliver quality architecture artifacts on schedule and within cost.
• Be responsible for Full life cycle systems/applications design to achieve corporate goals and clients’ requirements.
• Do requirements analysis, system/software design and analysis, development/software metric creation and analysis, system risk analysis, integration, and test metrics.
• Provide leadership to the software delivery teams and enforce standard company policies and procedures that adhere to software development standards and architecture principles
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
• Implement technology product placemat and mapping to associated business products.
• Work with product organization to drive overall tech product roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on team-level, solutions by guiding the software delivery team and stakeholders to understand risks and tradeoffs.
