Job Overview
Build healthy relationships with hotel owners
Deliver good hotel ownership and customer experience
Act as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations
Help hotel owners manage their portfolio network, improve revenue performance, solve issues, retain them, and drive customer experience
Handle hotel owners and customer escalations
It's a FIELD SALES role completely
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a relationship management or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management (CRM), with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in lead generation and business proposition development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective networking and prospecting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and progress.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend client meetings, conferences, and events to represent the company and build relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
