- Deploy Kubernetes clusters across various environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid).
- Configure Kubernetes components such as API server, controller manager, scheduler, and etc.
- Monitor cluster health and performance using built-in tools or third-party solutions and manage node resources, including CPU, memory, and storage allocation.
- Deploy containerized applications onto Kubernetes clusters using manifests or Helm charts and configure network policies to control traffic between pods and external endpoints.
- Integrate storage solutions for persistent data storage using Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs).
- Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) policies to restrict access to cluster resources and set up monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana to collect cluster metrics.
- Implement backup strategies for cluster data, configuration, and stateful applications.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) or infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and optimize deployments.
