Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team at ATARASHI DENKA BIJON POWER SYSTEM INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The position level is Junior, and it is located in Bhiwadi. This is a hybrid, full-time role requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in negotiation, vendor management, and supply chain management (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in financial analysis to evaluate supplier proposals and financial health
• Contract management skills for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Strong inventory control skills to manage stock levels effectively
• Ability to perform detailed data analysis to support procurement decisions
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and gauge product pricing trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including vendor identification, selection, and evaluation
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Analyze market trends and the supply chain to make strategic purchasing decisions
• Maintain and update a comprehensive supplier database for future reference
• Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures
• Prepare and present procurement reports to the management team regularly
• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance and operations to align procurement activities with company objectives
