Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at our Bhiwadi location. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in HR. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance, and will be instrumental in fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent (Mandatory skill).
- Solid understanding of performance management processes and methodologies (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of HR compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (Mandatory skill).
- Strong ability to manage employee relations and address workplace issues constructively.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits structure and its impact on employee satisfaction.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, capable of handling sensitive and complex employee issues.
- Experience with HRIS management and ability to leverage HR technologies for efficient processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Implement and oversee the company's performance management system, ensuring regular appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Design and execute training programs to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts, facilitating effective communication and mutual understanding among staff.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems for efficient HR operations and reporting
