Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Electrical Supervisor Project to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida, perfect for seasoned professionals with 4 to 6 years of work experience in the field. This role involves overseeing electrical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, and adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Team Leadership (Mandatory skill): Ability to manage, guide, and lead a team of electricians and technicians efficiently.
• Project Planning (Mandatory skill): Proficient in developing project plans, schedules, and ensuring resources are effectively utilized.
• Technical Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of electrical systems, installations, and automated systems.
• Electrical Systems Management: Expertise in managing electrical systems, from installation to maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying and solving issues related to electrical systems and installations.
• Safety Regulations Compliance: Thorough understanding of safety standards and ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations.
• Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, allocating resources appropriately.
• Lead a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all electrical installations and procedures comply with established safety regulations and standards.
