Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our team at Atarashi Denka Bijon Power System India Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in East Delhi, Noida, and Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering and project management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Project Management (Mandatory skill)
• Electrical Engineering (Mandatory skill)
• AutoCAD (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in Budgeting with proficiency in estimating project costs and managing project finances efficiently
• Risk Assessment skills to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Excellent Problem Solving abilities to address technical issues and project challenges in a timely manner
• Team Leadership experience to guide and motivate project teams towards achieving common goals

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage electrical projects from inception to completion
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support and guidance to onsite teams
• Identify potential risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders
• Mentor and lead project team members to enhance their skills and performance
