Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Work Supervision:

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

1. Manpower Management:

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to electrical technicians and workers.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity.
• Monitor performance and productivity of manpower to meet project deadlines and targets.

1. Resource Utilization:

• Optimize the use of manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of electrical supplies and materials.
• Implement cost-effective measures to control project expenses while maintaining quality standards.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and manpower allocation plans.
• Document electrical work activities, including installation procedures, test results, and quality inspections.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and achievements to project managers and stakeholders.

1. Safety and Quality Assurance:

• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Address any safety or quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction or electrical industry.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installation methods.
4. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
6. Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
7. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards applicable to electrical work.
8. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
