Job Overview

ATARASHI DENKA BIJON POWER SYSTEM INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Civil Supervisor for a contract position located in Buxar. The role is mid-level, requiring a work experience of 4 to 6 years in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and coordinating with team members to deliver quality outcomes efficiently and safely.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil construction and project supervision.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in construction management (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in project management to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD to create and modify construction designs (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in structural analysis to assess building and structural integrity.
• Knowledge in geotechnical engineering to evaluate soil properties and their impact on construction.
• Skilled in transportation engineering with an understanding of road networks and traffic systems.
• Familiar with environmental engineering principles for sustainable and eco-friendly project execution.
• Proficient in surveying, ensuring precise measurement and layout of construction areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the company's high-quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to implement project plans and modifications effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation.

• Communicate project status, changes, and challenges to stakeholders promptly.
