Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Engineer to join our team at ATARASHI DENKA BIJON POWER SYSTEM INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Patna, Bihar, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of the electrical contracting industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical contracting industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional network
  • Track and report on key metrics and sales activities
  • Meet Target development new business.
