About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to elevate the design of our mobile app and mobile website. As a consumer-focused platform, we're looking for someone with a strong track record in creating seamless and visually appealing user experiences. You will play a critical role in building world-class user experiences for consumers in India and globally, focusing on chat and conversational UI. Experience with AI products or chat-based interfaces is a significant advantage, as it will help in crafting innovative, user-centric designs.

Location: Gurgaon (In-Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our mobile app and website, focusing on chat and conversational UI to deliver a cohesive and user-centered experience
• Develop exceptional user experiences for consumers in India and globally, ensuring our products meet diverse user needs and cultural contexts
• Work closely with engineers and product managers from planning through execution to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals
• Be a tireless advocate for user-centered design processes, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all design decisions
• Develop everything from wireframes and user flows to pixel-perfect prototypes with delightful interactions
• Shape the direction of AI-powered user experiences across our product portfolio, designing conversational interfaces that utilize LLMs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
• Develop user journey maps, conversational flow diagrams, and other design artifacts to ensure smooth and logical interactions.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards
• Stay ahead of design trends and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI in consumer products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 4+ years’ experience in UI/UX or product design, with a focus on consumer-facing apps and websites
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with design systems
• Experience in designing for chat and conversational interfaces is highly desirable
• Ability to design for a global audience, with sensitivity to cultural differences and user behaviors in India and other markets
• Proven experience designing consumer apps, with a portfolio showcasing mobile app and website projects, particularly those featuring chat or conversational UI
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, with an articulate point of view about design
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to translate complex AI and data-driven concepts into intuitive user experiences
• Having hands on coding experience (Front-end) is a plus
