Job description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - Education Sector


Location: Chennai


Job Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:


College Outreach and Student Engagement:


  • Travel to various colleges and educational institutions to present the company's profile and offerings.
  • Conduct presentations and seminars to introduce Japanese language training programs and their benefits.
  • Build relationships with college administrators and faculty to facilitate partnerships and student enrolments.
  • Actively engage with students, addressing their queries, and motivating them to enroll in the training programs.


Student Onboarding:


  • Manage the entire student onboarding process, from initial contact to enrolment.
  • Provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and payment plans.
  • Assist students in the registration process, ensuring a smooth transition into the program.


Webinar Facilitation:


  • Organize and conduct weekly webinars on Japanese language training.
  • Collaborate with trainers to develop content for the webinars, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
  • Promote webinars through various channels, ensuring maximum student participation.
  • Gather feedback from webinar participants to continuously improve the content and delivery.


Sales and Marketing Strategy:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for student recruitment, both online and offline.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies and stay competitive.


Reporting and Feedback:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, student interactions, and webinar attendance.
  • Provide regular reports on performance metrics, including enrolments, revenue, and student feedback.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and refine marketing strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.


Skills:


  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using online platforms for conducting webinars and digital marketing.
  • A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
