• Installation, configuration, and deployment of Asterisk, VICI dial, VICIbox, Go Autodial, IP PBX systems.

• Customize and supervise software, hardware, and networks.

• Integrate service provider SIP/VoIP accounts with Asterisk.

• Gather phone and server log files for analysis.

• Good knowledge of MySQL database with backup and restore.

• Ability to integrate MySQL and other databases with VICIdial/Go Autodial platform.

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
