Job description

• Place phone calls to potential businesses in the Dubai & convert cold lead in to sale.
• Answer potential clients’ questions about different product /services
• Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads/appointments per day
• Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules & areas
• Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment. Maintain all the records online.
• Clearly & effectively communicate features benefits of the product/services that we are promoting. So that a confirmed appointment can be set.

Skill Set

Looking at candidates with a minimum 6 months experience in International Call Center Candidates should have Neutral accent with No MTI Willingness to work in 12pm to 09pm shift
