Job Description:
• 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module
• Minimum of 3 End-End implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for
SuccessFactors Onboarding in compliance with the best practices.
• Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors Onboarding, Modelling, and
extraction.
• Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
• Good experience in configuration of “Roles Based Permissions”.
• Candidate should have experience in configuration of provisioning.
• Should be able to configure “Families and Roles” in the system.
• Should have experience with SAP-SuccessFactors Onboarding and production deployment.
• Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a good team player.
• Must have experience in creating adhoc reports.
• Knowledge in integration of Onboarding with Employee Central and Recruitment module.
• Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Preferred:
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting company
• Minimum of 3 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, from planning to
configuration through go-live
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Experience:
• 4-8 years’ experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and
hardware used in web environments.
