Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
• Knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess the suitability of candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
• Provide recruitment support to clients, including managing job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and job-related data in our recruitment database
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
• Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
