Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Malayalam-speaking Tele Executive to join our Etisalat tele process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and generating sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers to build a targeted sales pipeline.
● Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
● Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
● Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
● Sales Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
● CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
● Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
● Product : Sell Etisalat and Du Broadband, Postpaid and Business lines for Dubai customers.
Qualifications:
● Fluency in English, Malayalam or Hindi.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
● Knowledge of telecom products and services.
● Strong customer service orientation.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in using telephony systems and CRM software.
● Previous experience in a sales role is preferred for confident freshers .
