Role and Responsibilities
• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our telecom products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our telecom offerings, pricing plans, and features to effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets through a combination of outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead generation. • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and prospects, ensuring they meet the criteria for our telecom services.
• Sales Documentation: Accurately record sales-related information in our CRM system and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to effectively position our offerings.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sale support, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or a related field is a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good English and Hindi communication skill. Malayalam is added advantage
Preferred Skills • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the telecom industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
