Responsibilities


  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales techniques to identify potential B2B clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' business goals and challenges and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Present product or service offerings persuasively to decision-makers, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B telesales or outbound sales, with at least 2years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects over the phone.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
